Since childhood, I have memories of walking through coffee fields and mountains with my family, deeply admiring my father’s work cultivating coffee and creating jobs in Santuario. The farm and the passion for coffee are a legacy I proudly inherited from him.
While studying Business Administration, I had the chance to create an entrepreneurship project, and it was then that I discovered the magic of coffee transformation. Roasting and brewing coffee from our own farm was both surprising and exciting — it opened a new path for me. After finishing my degree, I dedicated myself to learning and working in this wonderful world of coffee.
Today, I also manage my husband’s family farms, and together we created Zurcos, a brand of origin coffee through which we have won hearts with excellent cups and with our story.
I feel proud of coffee because it connects cultures, crosses borders, and unites producers and consumers through a single cup. I feel proud to generate employment and well-being for our collaborators, and to contribute to positioning Colombia as the home of an excellent beverage. Through coffee, I have discovered not only flavors but also unforgettable stories and inspiring human connections.
